Even this year 'Rotaract Club Varese Verbano organized for March 20, 2011 the second edition of the race in which some of you have already participated in its first edition.
I remind you that the race charity, the proceeds of this' year will be donated to the "rare gem " , an association in our area that deals with the study of rare genetic diseases.

California Dmv Least Busy Offices
SOFIA ED IL PANE QUOTIDIANO. Istigazione alla rivoluzione silenziosa.
Ieri, ore 13,15 via Cadore - Varese. Sto attendendo l'uscita dall'asilo di mio figlio. Mi guardo intorno. Sofia, la mia amica di 9 anni, tetraplegica, passeggia sul marciapiede, spinta sulla carrozzella dal papà.... che è molto arrabbiato!
Lungo il percorso c'è un noto fornaio e le persone non disabili, quelle che sanno camminare e fanno tutto di corsa, ma alla guida della loro auto, hanno parcheggiato sul marciapiede. Le auto sono belle e colorate e Sofia, che è costretta a fermarsi, ne conta quattro, una dietro l'altra. Una signora esce dal negozio e dirigendosi verso la propria auto si scusa per aver impedito il passaggio e rivolgendosi al papà aggiunge: << Sono entrata un minuto per comprare il pane...>>. Sofia guarda la signora e con fatica replica: <<Anche a me piace il pane>>.
Perchè ho raccontato questa storiella? Per lamentela, moralismo spicciolo, retorica o, ancor peggio, noioso vittimismo?
Niente affatto. Episodi come quello di Sofia capitano tutti i giorni in tutte le città d'Italia. Limitarsi però ad una mera lamentela rassegnata, significa esclusivamente alimentare l'ignoranza e la maleducazione degli italiani, la cui mancanza di senso civico è ormai proverbiale, in tutti i paesi stranieri, ma è soprattutto intollerabile in casa nostra.
E allora cosa possiamo do?

E' troppo facile, per le pubbliche amministrazioni, celare questi problemi dietro il velo delle esigenze di bilancio, soprattutto quando è sotto gli occhi di tutti lo spreco marchiano ed ostentato del denaro pubblico.
Sono personalmente stufo di apprendere che il tal comune ha speso 50-100-200 mila euro per rifare una schifezza di monumento da porre al centro di uno spartitraffico. Quei soldi potrebbero essere utilmente impiegati per eliminare barriere architettoniche e consentire ai disabili maggiore libertà di movimento e di partecipazione sociale. Ma è così difficile comprendere che un disabile è un cittadino con potenzialità lavorative e produttive identiche ad un normodotato, e spesso superiori proprio perchè faticosamente conquistate?
E allora facciamo causa. Tante, soprattuto all'inizio, verranno perdute, ma prima o poi farà breccia anche nell'opinione dei magistrati che il diritto al risarcimento del danno per disapplicazione del contratto sociale e lesione del diritto alla salute, it is for all people with disabilities have complained that events like those described above.

Saturday as you know there will be 'the race ; of regularity 'of Genoa.
The competition will take place 'in the afternoon at the Marina di Genova,
in the same location 'and with the same procedure as last year'.
Since the awards ceremony there will be 'at the end of the race, the

The 3rd Meeting Marina Genova Aeroporto is an event open to cars built before 1985 that develops around six tests at a number of heats to be determined by the number of members.
At the end of the event will be prepared in the overall classification and a classification function coefficients derived from the year of construction vehicles broken down by categories, pre and post war.
